| To start this quest get the : Call of the Abyssal Library. Quest stages: Use the Magic Conversion Scroll to combine 20 Ayanad Wizard's Tokens, 10 Agility Rubellites, 10 Enchantment Topazes, 10 Transformation Aquamarines, and a Gleaming Ayanad Earring to create a Blessed Spellstone. You can obtain Agility Rubellites, Enchantment Topazs, and Transformation Aquamarines from the hard mode bosses in Mistsong Summit.
End NPC: Belstrom Quest text: Belstrom: I've been researching methods of guiding the trapped souls into the Hereafter, and I think I've found something that will work. Belstrom: When Kyrios's forces attacked the city of Delphinad, the god Haje appeared to face him. As the god of prophecy and knowledge, Haje could not bear to see the great Ayanad Library fall to flame and ruin. Belstrom: Legend says that Haje blessed the defenders of the city, casting an enchantment upon them that would protect their bodies from being raised to join the Crimson Army when they died. Belstrom: The soldiers of Delphinad fought with incredible bravery, secure in the knowledge that even if they fell, their souls would travel safely to the afterlife. Belstrom: I'm certainly no god, but I may be able to do something similar for the spirits of the Ayanad Mages. It's a tricky spell, though, so we'll need plenty of magical energy to power it. Belstrom: Head back into the library, and gather up some Ayanad Wizard's Tokens. Belstrom: We also need the magic from a thriving world, like the one found in Mistsong Summit. Particularly the Agility Rubellites, Enchantment Topazes and Transformation Aquamarines you can find there. It won't be easy, so I'll understand if it takes you some time to get them. Belstrom: Once you have everything, use this Magic Conversion Scroll to drain the magic from the objects and create a Blessed Spellstone. Belstrom: With the power of this holy water and a Blessed Spellstone, we should be able to break the magic that's keeping the Ayanad Mages trapped in our world. Belstrom: You have the Spellstone? Good. Now there's only one more thing we need. |
