| Start NPC: Aeon Quest stages: Defeat Aeon in the Reminiscent Marsh of the Hereafter Rebellion. If Belion dies or disappear, Aeon runs away or time runs out, this mission fails and needs to be reaccepted.
End NPC: Belion Quest text: Aeon: Completing the last quest in this questline will reduce the summoning cost of Belion by 1. Once you accept this quest, a fight against Aeon begins, which can't be completed without Belion! What other evil deeds do your tales claim Xeonis and I did? Belion: So you didn't kill any of those people? I am so glad to hear you clear up these false tales. I apologize if I offended you. Aeon: Don't get me wrong, we did kill a lot of people. Elves and Nuians alike, but none of those people were innocent. They were all ridden with pain, grieve and hate. Aeon: You see, to protect our future generations from inheriting these bad emotions, we worked to rid our new world of all the people that carried them. They were given the honor to join Aranzeb and their beloved Nui in the Hereafter. Belion: What? But... this was neither kind or right to do! Why would you do such a thing?! Aeon: You dare question my work and replace the truth with foul lies?! Aeon: I sense a great amount of grieve and vengefulness from you as well. You still wish to avenge our king, don't you? And your heart is clouded with hate because of it. Aeon: I knew it was a good idea to stay here, so I can continue my work should it be needed. Allow me to liberate you and give you the peace you deserve. Belion: What just happened? Aeon disappeared... Belion: Did we manage to force his soul into the Hereafter? Belion: Looks like our work is done here for now. Belion: Player let's see if our help is needed in the fight against the Crimson Army. Belion: Meet me at the Golden Fable Harbor after dawn. Belion: I guess we failed to force Aeon into the Hereafter... Aeon: I had enough of you fighting back. You are not worthy of receiving the gift I have to offer. Eltere: Wait are you this crazy Aeon person? Are you going to go around murdering people again?! Crown Prince Isan: There's no need to worry about that, Eltere. Souls in the form he is, can not physically do anything in our world. Eltere: Well that's a relieve. d I guess it makes sense that there is a difference for those kind of things between this world and the plane we fight the Hereafter Rebellion on. Belion: Aeon, you are every bit as dangerous as the tales say. You are reckless and evil and the worst part is that you don't even seem to realize that. Aeon: You sounds just like the other Elves back then. Everything I do is for the greater good of our people. Belion: Well lucky for us, you won't be doing any of your self proclaimed great work in this world. Aeon: Maybe not here, but I will be waiting for any other mortals to enter the plane between this and the Hereafter, so I can take their sorrows if need be. Aeon: You however have wasted your chance for happiness. Don't bother visiting if you change your mind. Aeon: As far as I'm concerned, you don't deserve to be on our king's side in the Hereafter. Belion: You talk as though you know whether Aranzeb's soul is in the Hereafter or not. Eltere: Is this guy just going to stand here saying crazy stuff the whole time?! Crown Prince Isan: We had enough of your nonsense. You are not welcome here, leave at once! Aeon: I see the hate and wickedness from the fall of Auroria has survived this long and lingers even within your kin now. Aeon: Dreadful to see and I am disappointed that all my wonderful work still wasn't enough. Belion: Not all pain and suffering is because of what happened to our king, Aeon. You are truly delusional to think the world went sour only because of Aranzeb's death. Aeon: You say it as though it is normal to be this miserable. Tell me who of us is delusional? Aeon: And just so you know: I am certain that Aranzeb is not on the plane I reside. I of course went to look for him the moment I arrived and never found him. Belion: If you say so... oh and we'll make sure to tell the Arden Guards to avoid you, so enjoy your eternal isolation. Aeon: Where else would he be? He is not in the world of the living and he is not on this plane between. The only logical place therefore, is in the Hereafter. Aeon: Anyway, I had enough of this spiteful lot.
