Iron Chef 400: I am not just a machine, I am the Iron Chef 400. Erenor's finest invention and your best friend in the kitchen. Mikaella Ynga: This is hilarious! What can it cook? Cook Kurt: It can't really cook, but it can chop vegetables, knead dough and even grind meat. Iron Chef 400: I most certainly can cook. I can cook pies, soups, casseroles and many other things. Mikaella Ynga: I can't wait to see it in action. Kurt, what should we make it cook first? Cook Kurt: Well, I got it for you kid, so why don't you pick? Marian Noryette: I could eat a bite. How about something savory? Crown Prince Isan: It can't possibly cook anything more bland than Kurt's food, so I'd be interested in trying it as well. Belion: I disagree with Isan's statement. I find Kurt's seasoning just right, but nevertheless, I'd like to see what this machine can do as well. Eltere: Yes, me too! Cook something for us, little chef! Iron Chef 400: I shall be glad to cook something for you. Iron Chef 400: Please hand me all ingredients and tell me what to prepare. Cook Kurt: I have enough ingredients for just about anything, it's entirely up to you Mikaella. Cook Kurt: Whatever makes you happy, you can have it. Iron Chef 400: I shall be glad to cook something for you. Iron Chef 400: Please hand me all ingredients and tell me what to prepare. Mikaella Ynga: Meat pie! Can you make slow cooked meat pie? With little peas and carrots inside? Oh and maybe gravy? Marian Noryette: That sounds great, I can't wait to try it. And to see you so cheerful Mikaella, warms my heart. Crown Prince Isan: If I could, I would travel back in time and buy one of these machines, so we could have been eating proper food the whole time we were here. Mikaella Ynga: Travel back in time? Well, but that is impossible right? Crown Prince Isan: I mean... I've read a lot of theories describing possible ways to time travel. Crown Prince Isan: Some of them were incredibly detailed, describing how to manipulate the spacetime continuum to achieve such a thing, among other theories. Mikaella Ynga: So it is possible? After all, we figured out how to use Hereafter Stones to effectively teleport ourselves. Crown Prince Isan: Now listen... the Hereafter Stones are a proven science. All those stories about time travel is made up nonsense. If it worked, wouldn't you think someone would have done it by now? Marian Noryette: Well, Mikaella claims her father managed to travel through time and so did Shatigon. Eltere: Your empty stomachs are making you all talk crazy stuff. Marian Noryette: Think what you want, I believe Mikaella, and if anyone can ever make time travel work, it's the daughter of the genius Mikael Ynga. Mikaella Ynga: You really think I could maybe do the same? Figure out how to go back in time, like my father? Marian Noryette: Maybe yes, but didn't you also say that your father got stuck in the past and never made it back to the present? Sounds like a high price to pay. Mikaella Ynga: My mother would be devastated if she lost me too... Marian Noryette: I agree. So perhaps it's best to just leave it at that and enjoy some meat pies instead. How much longer, till that machine is done? Mikaella Ynga: Well, I was thinking... since we already know how to travel through space using Hereafter Stones and Teleport Scrolls, it wouldn't take much more to figure out how to manipulate time too. Mikaella Ynga: The flow of time and the condition of space go hand in hand, it really should be quite obvious how to control it with our existing knowledge. Mikaella Ynga: I also have some old notes of my father on the topic, that were recovered from his labratory in Mariano... Marian Noryette: Mikaella, are you alright? You look like you just saw a ghost. Mikaella Ynga: Homes in Aubre Cradle, Marianople and Airain Rock... Mikaella Ynga: Could it be that... Mikaella Ynga: No, no, no this is impossible, but then... Mikaella Ynga: Is that why the ring showed me that vision?! Mikaella Ynga: I'M SO STUPID!!! SO SO STUPID!!! Marian Noryette: ... Marian Noryette: Everyone Eltere: What's going on? Are you ok? Mikaella Ynga: I'm going to be ok now, I finally figured it out. The Gray Hermit.... he... Mikaella Ynga: I have to try it, I simply have to! This might be my only chance! Mikaella Ynga: I'm going to Airain Rock... Player, please don't try to stop me, you can understand, right? Mikaella Ynga: I knew you would follow me here. Please don't try to stop me. Mikaella Ynga: Listen, I know time travel is possible because my father DID return from the past. He was here the entire time, but his mind was changed. Mikaella Ynga: This whole time I thought the Gray Hermit was a crazy old man that put up with me because he felt pity for Ynga's misunderstood daughter. Mikaella Ynga: I don't know what caused him to forget his identity or go crazy, but the Gray Hermit... he is my father! Mikaella Ynga: He was watching over me the whole time and even though the Hermit might not have realized that I'm his daughter... deep down.... he must have known. Mikaella Ynga: Using my father's notes, I will revert time and bring him back to me... don't try to stop me! |
