Use this skill again while channeling to release the arrow early. The longer you channel, the more damage will be dealt.
Silences all affected enemies, preventing them from casting spells for 3.5 sec.
Interrupts all Cast Time, Channeled, and Ongoing skills.

This skill cannot be evaded, blocked, or parried if the caster is equipped with a bow.

Stuns the Launched target for #{buff_duration3} and Slows for #{buff_duration2} when the Stun ends.

Deals 17% additional damage to Snared targets.
